Encroachment of open lands and pavements, traffic snarls, overflowing drainage water and monkey menace figured in the Face-to-Face programme organised by Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (MCH) here on Saturday. The programme was resumed after three year . Information and Public Relations Minister Mohammed Ali Shabbir answered the queries along with the senior officials. Twenty-one calls were responded out of 76 calls received during the one-hour programme.
